I'm On A Jet Plane

I'm leaving Iraq tonight...and should be home in about two weeks. I will follow this up with a longer post very soon but I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who read this during my deployment. I didn't post nearly as much as I'd hoped I would but I won't stop simply because I am leaving. There are still stories to tell and I will post them here.

More from Kuwait...

We are so glad that you are heading home. Know you can't wait to see hubby and dog and move into your new home. Saw the pics, it is gorgeous. Thank you for what you did while in Iraq serving our country. We appreciate you telling the good side of what is going on there, especially with the children. God bless you.

Addie,

I am so glad you are on your way home and will pray for you to have a safe journey.

Though I didn't comment often, I did enjoy reading your posts. I have great respect for the men and women in uniform who are in Iraq. I have adopted a soldier there through Angels in Camouflage. He seems to appreciate my letters, cards and other items that I send him.

God Bless you,
Mary
